Refund Policy

If the services you received are not what you expected, you can request a return within agreed days mentioned in MOU of your purchase. We will initiate the refund process for you.

If you request a refund after the agreement guarantee period has expired, you will not receive a refund. However, if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons.

We also reserve the right to refund beyond the 30-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

If we discover that you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you have used a significant portion of the service that you want to refund or if you have previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from receiving other future refunds, ban your account, and/or prevent you from using our services in the future. You will not be eligible for a refund if we suspend your account or disable your access to the material due to your violation of these Terms of Use.
